Self-defence is a set of awareness, avoidance, assertiveness and verbal confrontation skills with safety strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully be aware of and avoid, resist or survive violent attacks. A good self-defence course provides psychological, awareness and verbal skills not only physical training and most importantly explains the law.

Self-defence is really easy to learn, all techniques are based on your instinctive reaction to danger and unlike martial arts (karate for example) doesn’t take months and years to learn.

The Goddess collective in partnership with Self Defence Training Academywill train you to effectively deal with all kinds of real world threats and attacks.

You will learn to identify a threat and how to stop/defuse a threat before it escalates into violence. The best outcome is always to safely remove yourself from the situation without fighting. However this is not always possible and you might find yourself in a situation where your life or the life of a colleague depends on your ability to fight.
Our instructor Piet’s system has been designed by him and trained to law enforcement and military units around the world and tested and proven in conflict zones around the world.

Be there at 8 AM to start at 8:30 AM
