Brickz’s brother has reportedly also been accused of rape

In a shocking turn of events, Brickz’s younger brother Mduduzi Ndlovu has also been accused of rape

The news comes straight from the horse’s mouth. Sunday World reports that the former boxer and younger brother to disgraced Kwaito star Brickz, Mduzuzi Ndlovu, visited the Protea Glen police station to register a case against his baby mama, who he says threatened to open a false rape case against him.

Ndlovu claims the accusation stems from his insistence on seeing his alleged daughter. The 26-year-old alleges the mother of his six-year-old has refused him the right to see his child.

Ndlovu further alleges that both the child’s mother and grandmother have gone as far as threatening him with death if he continues with his attempts to contact the child.

Ndlovu told police that the mother of his child called him last week Friday, just hours after his brother was convicted of rape and threatened to open a rape case against him if he continued attempting to see her the child.

The child’s grandmother, whose name has been withheld to protect the child’s identity, told the publication: “I told Mduduzi several times that the people who told him he has a child with my daughter lied to him, but he keeps coming to my house.”

Police spokesperson Sonto Mahlangu confirmed the reported case to Sunday World, but said the police referred Ndlovu to family court.

“The complainant was advised to refer the matter to the family court because it involves the child, so he can apply for visitation rights. We could not register the case about rape threats because it was just allegations.”

Mduduzi’s alleged baby mama insists that she does not have a child with Ndlovu, and further denies the rape case threats. “I’m aware that Mduduzi claims there are people who told him that we have a child together, but that’s not true,” she said.

Messy! What do you make of all this?
